Six Sigma Methods

The Six Sigma method is a management methodology that uses statistical methods and data analysis to continuously improve the quality of processes and products. It's a framework that provides a systematic approach to evaluating and improving processes, identifying and removing non-value added activities, and reducing defects. It uses tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) to monitor, analyze, and improve processes, while minimizing defects, waste, and variability. Six Sigma is used primarily in operations, manufacturing, and quality management.
